Press & Community
Media & events
From civic recognition to festivals that draw thousands, here's where Asian Focus shows up — celebrating culture, serving neighbors and making a little history along the way.
Recognized by the Town of Cary
In 2025, the Town of Cary issued a mayoral proclamation recognizing Asian Focus for its work celebrating Asian heritage and building cross-cultural understanding across the community. It's an honor that belongs to every volunteer, partner and neighbor who has shown up over the years — a reminder that culture and community are worth celebrating out loud.
Civic recognition like this helps amplify the voices we exist to lift up, and it strengthens the partnerships that make our programs possible.
Events that bring us together
Throughout the year, Asian Focus hosts celebrations and programs that connect people across cultures and generations.

A long-running program that has served 700+ job seekers and graduates, featuring an agenda of speakers, panels and networking.
Community Aid & Health
Year-round health events and community aid resources — from eye care and cancer-awareness programs to multilingual information that meets neighbors where they are.
